Munky Punch News
Look out for Munky Punch in the next issue of Do The Dog ska zine. The zine has been going for almost 20 years and is published every quarter. It features news, views and reviews on ska/ska punk bands and gigs/releases etc.from the global ska scene...so it's definitely worth checking out! And whilst we're on the subject of zines, Suzy has been involved in a brand new punk/indie one called Lather Rinse Repeat and the first issue is going to be out sometime in the next month or so. You can add the zine on myspace now for updates. The first issue has reviews of Rancid and Hatebreed, various interviews and loads of other features, recipes and articles. Also news on the music front - Dave, Ricky and Jamie have formed a new band. The music is more chilled out than the original MP ska punk sound...less brass, more ska. They are hoping to play some gigs in the near future but nothing's confirmed as yet. More info about this coming soon so keep checking the site! For more updates on the band and its members, feel free to add us on Myspace: June 29th: 11.27pm
